Frank Ngumbuchi Felix,( born 2 December 1992), notorious as Foby is born in Mbesa Mission Hospital in the vill of Mbesa, Ruvuma Region, Tanzania. It musician of Bongo Flava, but also a musician of runes and organizer of musical instruments.
